About Us:

Our team name was chosen via a staff competition with the prize of a bottle of red wine to the winner.

The Human Services Portfolio is about people and the services that they may need at different stages of their lives. It consists of the Portfolio Department - including the Core Department, the Child Support Program and CRS Australia - and the Portfolio agencies Centrelink, Medicare Australia and Australian Hearing.

Together the Portfolio Department and the Portfolio agencies work to improve the development, delivery and co-ordination of social and health-related services to all Australians.
