Introducing our new National Fundraising Manager - Denise Lynn.
Denise is based in the Darwin office and can be contacted on 1300 889 566 to discuss any ideas that you may have. Her role is to look after the national level initiatives in order to sustain the national body.
There is value in having DAA as a national body for the following reasons:
- Events such as Chinese New Year would not be possible without a national body working on behalf of member groups.
- DAA provides a source of information and support for new member groups and provides credibility in the community.
- DAA protects the integrity of the Dragons Abreast name, and provides consistency, ethics and professionalism from those who share our name.
- Corporate office administrative costs – necessary to ensure ongoing sustainability and future growth (currently $ 121,000 per annum and rising).
